Several life skills and educational seminars are offered throughout the year by professionals in our community. These have included subjects such as: wills and power of attorney, predatory lending, budgeting, relieving stress and anxiety, HIV medical updates, nutrition and exercise. We offer referrals and resources for individuals seeking HIV testing and medical care.
