Channels of Love

Channels of Love Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational, Christian ministry that serves people infected with or affected by the HIV virus. Our services, which are confidential and free, extend to clients and their families. The main focus of our ministry is to be a channel through which God’s love can be shown to those suffering from the virus.

COL was established in 1989, beginning as a prayer ministry in homes of the people who were overwhelmed by the complex hardships brought on by AIDS. Though the ministry has evolved with the treatment of the disease, the focus has been constant since its beginning- to provide a safe-haven where clients can receive the nurture, encouragement, and the unconditional love of Jesus Christ that we all desperately need. The ministry assists clients by addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Our mission is to strengthen and empower those infected with or affected by HIV through innovative client services, programs, and education while presenting Christ’s unconditional love and His promise of salvation.
